Area code 753 was put into service as an all services overlay covering the two existing area code overlays (343 and 613) on 03/26/2022. Ten digit dialing is necessary in the 343/613/753 overlay because different homes in the same geographic area can have the same seven digit phone number but each would have a different area code.
